Before your appointment.
Confirm the details
Confirm your approved artwork, coverage, appointment time, and expected pickup arrangements with our team.
Arrive clean and dry
Wash off dirt, mud, and road grime with a wax-free vehicle shampoo before drop-off. Allow the vehicle to dry, including seams and recesses. Ask us about timing if you are unsure.
Skip added coatings
Do not apply wax, polish, sealant, ceramic coating, or tire dressing before your appointment. Tell us about any existing coatings so we can plan preparation.
Flag surface concerns
Tell us about recent paintwork, repairs, rust, peeling clear coat, damaged paint, and existing graphics before your appointment. Fresh paint must be fully cured according to the paint manufacturer; we will assess the surface before wrapping.
Make the vehicle accessible
Remove personal belongings and loose equipment that could block access to the work area. Do not remove trim or accessories unless we ask you to.
Bring your keys and a contact number
Have your keys ready, leave a phone number where we can reach you, and arrange a ride after drop-off.
After your wrap.
Your film. Your care instructions.
Film, laminate, and finish can require different care. Follow the product-specific instructions provided at pickup, including when to wash for the first time. These tips are general guidance for vehicle wraps and graphics; ask us about specialty films and other applications.
Before your first wash
Follow the first-wash date given at pickup for your specific film and laminate. For example, 3M Wrap Film Series 2080 guidance calls for at least 72 hours before washing. If you did not receive a wash date, call us before washing.
Hand wash gently
Rinse away loose grit first. Use a wrap-compatible, non-abrasive vehicle shampoo and a clean soft wash mitt or microfiber cloth. Rinse thoroughly and gently dry with a clean microfiber towel.
Protect edges and seams
Avoid brush-style automatic washes, abrasive pads, and directing pressure jets at edges. Hand washing is preferred; ask us for the exact film’s pressure-washing limits if needed.
Clean spills and contaminants promptly
Gently remove bird droppings, bugs, sap, and other residue with a cleaner approved for your film. Rinse fuel spills promptly. Avoid scraping or aggressive rubbing; contact us about stubborn marks.
Match products to the finish
Use cleaners and protectants compatible with the installed film and laminate. Do not polish matte or satin finishes. Ask us before applying wax, ceramic coatings, solvents, or abrasive products.
Watch for changes
Park under cover when practical. If you notice lifting edges, bubbles, cracks, fading, or other damage, send us photos for assessment. Do not cut, puncture, peel, or heat the affected area yourself.
